Overview

Overview

A tablet-first retail banking platform designed for the North American market, enabling customers to manage accounts, payments, transfers, and everyday banking services through a secure and intuitive experience.

As the Lead Experience Designer, I led the design of key product journeys, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to simplify complex banking workflows. The focus was on creating an experience that was accessible, intuitive, and trustworthy for a diverse customer base, including older adults with varying levels of digital confidence.

The platform primarily served older adults across North America, making accessibility and clarity central to every design decision. Typography, interaction patterns, and navigation were intentionally designed to reduce cognitive load while maintaining the trust expected from a financial product.
